Seth Green was born Feb 8 1974 in Philedelphia and made his acting
debut at the age of six in an ametur production of "Hello Dolly". Despite
being such a young age, this role made Seth realise that acting was the
one thing he wanted to do for the rest of his life. Fate seemed to agree
with himas over the next few years he secured a number of small film
roles including "The Hotel New Hampshire", Radio Days", "Big Business"
"Pump Up the Volume" and "My Stepmother is an Alien", where he met
Alyson Hannigan for the first time.
In 1997, at the age of twenty three, Seth auditioned for the par of Daniel
"Oz" Osbourne. Unlike his other co-workers, Seth only had to audition
once for his role. Joss Whedon had apparently based the character on
someonethat he had known in college and remembering Seth from "My
Stepmother is an Alien", knew he would be perfect for the part.
In that same year, Seht won the part of Scott Evil in the Mike Myers
movie "Austin Powers". The role propelled Seth to Hollywood Star status
and earned him the break he needed to free himself from the Child Star
trappings. More film roles quickly followed including "Can't Hardly Wait",
"Enemy of the State", "Idle Hands" and, of course, "Austin Powers. The
Spy who Shagged Me".
In 2000, Seth left "Buffy" and Sunnydale forever to fully pursue his
film carreer. Since leaving he has a few films including, "Josie and the
Pussycats", "Austin Powers: Goldmember" and "Scooby Doo 2" with
Sarah Michelle Gellar
